The Final Project

Today wrapped up our study of Zoology. We have thoroughly enjoyed studying about the land creatures God created on Day 6! It was kind of sad to see the study come to an end. The wall mural was also completed today. Below are pics of the final project.

The five who created what's behind them!
From left to right on the mural, it's Megan....Kayla....Luke....

Moriah....and Grace.

And, I can't forget these two....Leah and Reed did a great job either entertaining themselves or each other every week as the others were doing their mural.

Looking forward to next semester when we begin our study of the human body!

A New Team

Megan has joined the home school girls basketball team, the Ft. Wayne Hurricanes. They have been practicing twice a week since September. Tonight was the first game for the JV girls, against Harlan Christian. The JV girls played first, with the Varsity game following. She'll be sporting the number 10 on her uniform this season.

Pre-game warm-ups.Team meeting before the start of the game.

A look so serious!

Such Beauty!

Just look at the sunset tonight! I have seen beautiful sunsets before, but this one comes close to being one of the brightest ~~ with so many brilliant colors! I don't think I ever remember seeing gold, both light and dark violet, as well as shades of oranges and pinks all in one sunset! Absolutely beautiful!!!
